IMD Predicts Rain on November 29 & 30

Bhubaneswar: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted the temperature to rise and the coldness of the winters to lessen in the coming two days. IMD forecasts diurnal temperature to rise by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius.

However, IMD predicted that in the coming two days, dense fog can be seen. The four districts of Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Kandhamal and Kalahandi are likely to witness dense fog. The coastal regions of Odisha can see little to moderate rainfall on November 29 and 30.

On the other hand, the deep depression is intensifying on Bay of Bengal and is likely to take the shape of cyclone in the next 12 hours. It is likely to make a landfall at a place which is 100 kms away from Trincomal. Tamil Nadu is likely to see heavy rainfall from tomorrow which will continue on November 30 also. At some places, heavy rainfall can be experienced, informed IMD on Thursday.
