IMD Predicts Heavy Rainfall in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorology Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rainfall activities in several districts of Odisha. It has issued a yellow warning for Bargarh, Deogarh, Jharsuguda, Dhenkanal, Cuttack, Angul, Boudh, Kandhamal, Sonepur, and Sambalpur. districts of the state.

The IMD has predicted that several parts of Odisha will experience light to moderate rain and thunderstorms with lightning activities in the coming days.

Meanwhile, the highest rainfall of 13.6 mm was recorded at Cuttack while it was 3.8 mm at Bhubaneswar, and 3.0mm at Khordha and Nayagarh yesterday.
