Hot and humid condition in Odisha to prevail from tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: Hot and humid condition to prevail in Odisha from tomorrow, predicted the regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday.
As forecasted by the weather department, hot and humid condition is very likely to prevail in several areas of Odisha for which it has issued yellow warning.

Day-1 (8th May 2025):
- YELLOW WARNING: Hot and humid condition very likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Gajapati, Ganjam, Nayagarh. Khurdha, Cuttack and Jajpur.
Day-2 (9th May 2025):
- YELLOW WARNING: Heat wave condition is very likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Jharsuguda and Sambalpur.
- Hot and humid condition very likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Gajapati, Ganjam, Nayagarh, Khurdha, Cuttack, and Jajpur.
Day-3 (10th May 2025):
- YELLOW WARNING: Heat wave condition very likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Jharsuguda, Boudh, Balangir, and Sambalpur.
- Hot and humid condition very likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak. Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Gajapati, Ganjam, Nayagarh, Khurdha, Cuttack, and Jajpur.
