Helicopter crash in Uttarakhand: 5 killed, 2 critical

Uttarkashi: There are reports of a helicopter crash in Uttarakhand on Thursday in which as many as five passengers have died on the spot and two have been seriously injured.

According to reports, the helicopter crash took place near Ganganani in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. The helicopter crash in Uttarakhand and the casualties have been confirmed by the Garhwal Divisional Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey.

The Uttarkashi DM has shared the photos from the site of the crash.

On the helicopter crash in Uttarkashi district, Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami told newsmen, “SDRF and district administration teams have immediately reached the spot for relief and rescue work.”

The CM further said, “I have instructed the administration to provide all possible help to the injured and investigate the accident.”
