Heatwave Fear: Morning Classes in Schools From Tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: In view of summer and heatwave, all government and private schools across the state will have morning classes from tomorrow, which is April 11.

According to a notification issued by Odisha Information and Public Relations (I&PR) department, the morning classes of the students of Classes I to XII will start at 7 am and will continue till 11.30 am.

However, the district collectors have been directed to ensure potable water and other facilities for the students during the summer. The department had earlier stated that the new academic session of the schools would begin from April 3 and the admission would be held between April 3 and 8.
