Hari Babu Kambhampati to be Sworn in as Odisha Governor

Bhubaneswar: Hari Babu Kambhampati, the newly appointed Governor of Odisha, will arrive in Bhubaneswar this afternoon. Upon his arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport, he will be accorded a Guard of Honour before proceeding to Raj Bhavan.

Following his arrival, Governor Kambhampati will visit Puri to seek the blessings of Lord Jagannath. He is scheduled to stay overnight at Puri Raj Bhavan. On January 3, he will visit the Srimandir before returning to Bhubaneswar for the official swearing-in ceremony.

The oath of office will be administered at 10:15 AM by the Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court in the Abhishek Hall of Raj Bhavan. Preparations for the swearing-in ceremony and the oath of secrecy are already in place.

Hari Babu Kambhampati, an educationist by profession, previously served as the Governor of Mizoram.
