Govt Approves 3 Expansion Projects With over Rs 17,833cr Investment

Reporters Today, Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government today approved three expansion projects that will attract a total investment of Rs 17,833 crore.

At the 21st High Level Clearance Authority meeting held at Kharvel Bhawan,  Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik approved expansion projects of HINDALCO, NTPC and Rungta Mines.

These projects will generate near about 7000 jobs in Odisha.

“Around Rs 8,000cr will be invested for HINDALCO’s expansion projects that will generate near about 4500 jobs. Besides, Rs 7698cr will be invested in NTPC and Rs 2,135 in Runga,’ said Minister for Energy, Industries and MSME Capt Dibya Shankar Mishra.
