Gadkari to Visit Odisha on April 17, Review NH Projects

Bhubaneswar: Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari is scheduled to visit Odisha on April 17, announced Works Minister Prithviraj Harichandan. As part of his visit, Gadkari will attend the Dr. Harekrushna Mahatab Memorial Lecture at Ravenshaw University in Cuttack.
Following the event, the Union Minister will review the progress of ongoing projects undertaken by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in the state. He will also lay the foundation stones and inaugurate several key National Highway projects, collectively valued at around ₹5,000 crore, at an official function in the Baramunda area of Bhubaneswar.
Gadkari is also expected to announce a set of welfare and development initiatives aimed at accelerating road infrastructure growth in Odisha. These projects are anticipated to enhance connectivity and boost economic development across the state.
