EOW arrests Ex-Secretary of Adarsha Consumer Co-operative Society Ltd

Odisha Crime Branch’s Economic Offences Wing, Bhubaneswar (EOW) has arrested Sarat Senapati, Ex- Secretary, Adarsha Consumer Co-operative Society Ltd. He had been arrested in connection with Odisha Protection of Interests of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act. He has been forwarded to Odisha Protection of Interests of Depositors court, Sambalpur today.

Instant case has been registered as per the order of Odisha High Court filled by Bympokesh Panda of Sambalpur in the matter of cheating and misappropriating the money of many retired persons by BK Padhi, Ex President, present accused Sarat Senapati, Ex-Secretary.
