“Eastern Range Police Enhance Investigation Skills with Cutting-Edge Technology”

Balasore, May 21: In a significant step towards modernizing investigation processes, 720 Investigating Officers (IOs) from Eastern Range, comprising Balasore, Bhadrak, and Mayurbhanj districts, recently attended a comprehensive workshop on “e-Investigation, e-Sakshya, e-Sign, Cri-MAC, and MedLeAPR”.
The workshop, organized by the State Crime Records Bureau (SCRB) team, was held on May 14-15 (offline) and May 21 (online) at Balasore. Dr. Satyajit Naik, DIG Eastern Range, graced the event as the guest of honor.
The training aimed to equip IOs with the latest skills and knowledge in digital investigation, evidence management, and case documentation. By leveraging technology, the police department seeks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of investigations, ultimately ensuring justice delivery.
