Earthquake Tremors Felt in Gajapati District

Mohana (Gajapati): Mild earthquake tremors were felt in Mohana and surrounding areas of Gajapati district on Saturday afternoon, prompting residents to rush out of their homes.

The tremors were recorded at 1:01 PM and lasted for approximately two seconds, affecting Mohana and nearby regions, including Adaba, Chandiput, Luhagudi, and Taptapani.

Eyewitnesses reported that many locals gathered in open spaces following the quake, as a precautionary measure.
