Direct flight service from BBSR to Dubai to commence from March 5

The much awaited demand of direct flights to Dubai from Bhubaneswar is in its path as Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will inaugurate the booking of tickets today on the occasion of Utkal Diwas.

Its like a dream come true for people of Odisha as their demand of direct flight service to Dubai is going to fulfill very soon after which they can reach easily to Arabian city.

As per the official sources, the direct flight services on the route, which were scheduled to commence from March 5 to mark the occasion of the birth anniversary of legendary leader Biju Patnaik, would take off on May 15.

This has been informed by Secretary to CM (5T) VK Pandian through a social media post.

The 5T Secretary informed, Tomorrow on the occasion of Odisha Diwas Honorable CM Naveen Patnaik will inaugurate the booking of tickets for the much awaited DIRECT FLIGHT TO DUBAI. The first flight will take off on 15th May from Biju Patnaik International Airport , Bhubaneswar”.

Indigo recently won the bid to operate direct flights to three important cities – Dubai, Singapore and Bangkok – from Bhubaneswar.
