Dhabaleswar witnesses crowd of devotees for 2nd Monday of Srabana

Athagarh: Today marks the second Monday of the auspicious month of Srabana. Devotees have thronged to the Baba Dhabaleswar temple to offer holy water.

Several devotees can be seen walking clad in saffron dresses to offer holy water and their prayers.

The Pahada begun at 1.00 am and all other rituals of Baba Dhabaleswar followed that.

The Kaudias (also called Kanwars) will offer the Holy water and seek his blessings. Those who had kept Manshiks also throng to shrine for prayers.

As many as 4 platoon of police force have been deployed to control the devotees. One ASP, 3 DSP and 20 officials have been deployed.
