Cyclonic circulation forms over Bay of Bengal, orange warning to 6 districts

Bhubaneswar: A cyclonic circulation formed over the Bay of Bengal. The cyclonic circulation has formed over the Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas at an altitude of 3.1 km to 7.6 km above the sea level.
This will prompt the southwest monsoon to activate. The weather is favorable for the monsoon to advance over Odisha, Vidarbha and some parts of Chhattisgarh in the next 24 hours.
Due to the influence of the cyclone, rain will continue till the June 19.
Orange warning has been issued for 6 districts today due to heavy to very heavy rain. Orange warning has been given to Sundergarh, Keonjhar, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Mayurbhanj and Balasore.
Due to the increase in rainfall, the day temperature is likely to decrease by 2 to 3 degrees.
Meanwhile, the monsoon is active in South Odisha, and its impact will be seen further. Due to the formation of a low pressure area, the monsoon will become active.
This means that there may be more than normal rainfall, not less and will be a very favorable weather for agriculture.
As a result, the necessary rainfall for proper agricultural work will continue, especially from June to September.
