Cold Wave Shivers in Odisha
Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): Cold wave conditions continue to intensify in Odisha as mercury plummeted below 10 degree Celsius at ten places in the state, the Regional Meteorological Centre said today.
Phulbani was the coldest place with a minimum temperature of 4 degree Celsius, followed by Jharsuguda (5.8), Daringbadi (6), Angul (6.6), Koraput (7), Bhawanipatna (7.8), Balangir (8.8), Boudh (9), Keonjhar (9.3), and Sonepur (9.4).
While Cuttack recorded a minimum temperature of 11 degree Celsius, the figure for capital city Bhubaneswar was 12.3 degree Celsius.
