Cabinet Reshuffle: Odisha MP Pratap Sarangi Resigns
Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): Union Minister Pratap Chandra Sarangi resigned from his post ahead of the Cabinet reshuffle scheduled today.
Sarangi was the Balasore MP and MSME & Animal Husbandry Minister (MoS) in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Cabinet, for Animal husbandry, dairying and fisheries, and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.
He is the third Union minister to resign from after Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank and Labour Minister Santosh Gangwar
According to the sources, Sarangi was been asked to resign from the ministry just a few hours before the cabinet expansion.
