Bobby Donates Entire MLA LAD Fund to Fight Coronavirus

Bhubaneswar (Pramit Pramathes): Amidst Coronavirus outbreak in Odisha, BJD legislator Pranab Prakash Das (Bobby) has donated entire funds under MLA LAD to fight the deadly virus in his constituency.

The MLA from Jajpur donated one-year fund to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund terming life of his constituency people as ‘precious’. Recently, Bobby has been appointed as the Organisational Secretary of Biju Janata Dal.

Worth mentioning, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is the first to initiate step by donating his three-month salary to the CMRF to tackle the highly infectious disease in the state.

Later, Assembly Speaker Surjya Narayan Patro and several ministers of Naveen’s cabinet donated their three-month salaries to join the initiative to combat COVID-19.
