BDA SO in Vigilance Trap

Bhubaneswar: Vigilance sleuths today raided the office and houses of Bhubaneswar Development Authority Section Officer Bibhuti Bhusan Ray on charges of amassing property disproportionate to his known sources of income.

Separate teams of the anti-graft wing carried out the search drive at his chamber in BDA office, a house and a three-storey building in GGP Colony, another huge building in Jharpada here. The sleuths also searched his ancestral house at his native village Biribati in Jagatsinghpur.

However, the exact amount of disproportionate assets that the SO has possessed will be ascertained after completion of the raid process.
