B K Sharma new DGP, in-charge

Bhubaneswar: IPS BK Sharma, DG Fire services to assume new charge as DGP of Odisha after incumbent Dr RP Sharma goes on leave over demise of his wife. Election Commission of India approves his appointment. The state government has recommended 3 DG rank IPS officers name for the post. It should be noted that the Odisha Director General of Police (DGP) RP Sharma’s wife Tushar Sharma passed away today at a private hospital here.
