Audience stage ruckus for Nisha

Bermhapur: Audience staged ruckus for Nisha Maharana in Berhampur today. Chairs were thrown on the stage. The audience attacked the members of the Yatra Committee.

This incident took place when Gouri Gananatya was doing Jatra near Budighar near Ankushpur, Berhampur. The local Jatra Committee had been running the Gauri Gananatya opera for the past four or three days.

On Monday night, the Jatra Committee had announced that Nisha Maharana would perform. But Nisha Maharana did not come until late at night. As a result, the audience became agitated as time passed.
