Asst Engineer in Vigilance Trap

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): Odisha Vigilance officials today raided multiple places in connection with allegation against Chandramani Sahoo, Assistant Engineer, R D sub-division, Talcher regarding possession of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

Officials of the anti-corruption agency conducted simultaneous searches at Sahoo’s residential double storied building at Dhenkanal town, his 2 BHK flat near Rajarani temple, Sivanagar, Tankapani Road, Bhubaneswar, four houses having tile roof at Dhenkanal town, his native place at Khandabandha in Dhenkanal, house of his relative at Dhenkanal town, and his office room.

Till last reports came in, the raids were underway and calculation of total value of his movable and immovable properties was yet to be completed.
