Asani to Affect 9 Districts From Tomorrow

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): The effect of Cyclone ‘Asani’ over the Bay of Bengal is likely to be felt in nine districts of Odisha from tomorrow.

As per the Regional Meteorological Centre here of the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the nine districts (Gajapati, Ganjam, Puri, Khordha, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Kendrapada, Bhadrak and Baleswar) are likely to experience heavy rainfall due to the cyclonic storm between May 10 and 12.
