Aparajita Sarangi meets wife of Kashmir terror attack victim Prashanta Satpathy

Bhubaneswar: MP Aparajita Sarangi met Priyadarshini Acharya, the wife of Kashmir terror attack victim Odisha Balasore district’s Prashanta Satpathy in Srinagar today. She consoled the bereaved family and condoled death of the Odia young man. The Bhubaneswar MP also paid floral tribute to the deceased persons.

Meanwhile, it has been learned that the body of deceased Prashant Satapathy will reach Odisha today night. The body will leave Srinagar for Odisha at 2:35 pm in the afternoon and will come via Delhi.

It is to be noted that a terrorist attack took place in Pahalgam, Kashmir on Tuesday, killing 26 people, mostly tourists, and injuring over 17 others. The attack took place around 3 pm in the Baisaran meadow, a popular tourist destination known for its picturesque landscape. Armed terrorists opened fire on tourists from close range, targeting people who were enjoying pony rides, eating at local eateries, or simply picnicking.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi strongly condemned the incident, assuring that those behind the attack would be brought to justice.

Meanwhile, the sketches of the terrorists involved in this incident have been out. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has assured that strong action will be taken in this matter.
