Bahuda Jatra 2025
Puri: The world famous Rath Yatra festival of Lord Jagannath is going on. Tomorrow Bahuda Yatra, the return journey of the three deities, Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra will be organised in Puri of Odisha where lakhs of devotees are expected to participate.
The three deities will be brought to their respective chariots in ‘Pahandi’ and will be set at their respective thrones. Later, devotees will pull the chariot to the Srimandira as the chariots will roll on Bada Danda, the grand road of Puri.
Here is the list of rituals that will be executed tomorrow on the occasion of Bahuda Yatra.

Mangalarpana 11.45 am

Besha Sesha 1 pm to 2.30 pm
Chhera Panhara 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm
Charamala Phita (Dismantling of the ladder to the chariots) and Ghoda lagiba (Fixing of the wooden horses) 3 pm to 4 pm
Pulling of Chariots to begin by 4 pm.
Other rituals will be executed after Rathatana (pulling of chariot).
