Ganjam AEE Susil Kumar Panda arrested

Berhampur: Odisha Vigilance arrested Ganjam Block Assistant Executive Engineer Susil Kumar Panda for possessing disproportionate assets. He will be forwarded to the Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Berhampur, informed the Vigilance.

Based on searches conducted on his properties, Susil Kumar Panda was found in possession of disproportionate assets including 1 multi storeyed buildings, 2 flats, 6 high value plots, Gold 126 gms, Bank & Insurance deposits around Rs 1 Crore, cash Rs 2.05 Lakhs etc, which he could not account for satisfactorily.

In this connection, Berhampur Vigilance PS case No.9/2025 has been registered against the AEE. It is to be noted here that the Odisha Vigilance raided at seven locations of the AEE in Berhampur and Purushottampur village in Ganjam district for disproportionate assets after catching him red-handed while taking bribe.
