3 Poachers Detained in Baleswar

Baleswar: The Forest Department personnel arrested three poachers in Baleswar district and seized various animal parts on Saturday.

Based on intelligence, the officials of Kuldiha and Chandipur forest departments conducted a raid in Dahisada and arrested the three accused while they were dealing with the animal body parts. They seized ivory, pangolin scales and deer horns from their possessions.

After hunting the animals at the Kuldiha Wildlife Sanctuary, they were dealing with the body parts.
