3 new Civil Judge Courts formed in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Three new Civil Judge Courts (Junior Division) have reportedly been formed in Odisha. The state government has formed these courts in consultation with the Orissa High Court.
These courts have been set up at Baliapal in Balasore district, Lefripada in Sundargarh district, and Rengali in Sambalpur district.
The notification has been issued after Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi approved the proposed changes.
After the formation of these three courts, the authority of all other Junior Division Civil Judge Courts having jurisdiction over these revenue tehsils has come to an end.
