20 More Odisha Districts Imposed In Night Curfew, Weekend Shutdown In 10 Districts: Know Details

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): As there is a sharp rise in COVID-19 cases with each passing day, the state government decided to impose a night curfew in 20 more districts to restrain the spread of the virus.

Night curfew will be imposed in urban areas including Bhubaneswar and Cuttack from 9 pm to 5 am from tomorrow announced Chief Secretary SC Mahapatra

He further added weekend shutdown will be imposed in urban areas of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Bargarh, Balangir, Nuapada, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Koraput, and Malkangiri districts from coming Saturday for an indefinite period and timings of the night curfew will be 6 pm to 5 am from tomorrow instead of 10 PM to 5 AM as announced earlier.
