2 Buses Collide Near Puri, 20 Injured

Konark (Reporters Today): A tourist bus en-route to Puri collided with another private transport vehicle on the marine drive road here today.

Though no casualty was reported, around 20 passengers were injured in the accident. Three of them were critically hurt. However, all the injured were rushed to  Gop Community Health Centre. Sources Said, the tourist bus carrying near about 50 passengers was going to Shree Khetra, when another bus hit it from behind at this afternoon.

On receiving information, police and fire brigade rushed to the spot for a rescue operation. Locals managed to detain the driver of the passenger bus and handed him over to cops.
