16 New Additional Secretaries

Bhubaneswar: As many as 16 IAS officers have been designated as Additional Secretaries by Odisha Government across multiple departments, reinforcing administrative efficiency and governance.

As per the notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance (GA&PG) department, the 16 IAS officers who are presently posted at the State Secretariat as Joint Secretaries of different departments have been designated as Additional Secretaries.

Here’s the list of the IAS officers who have been elevated as Additional Secretaries:

1. Dharam Hansdah, IAS(SCS-2014), the Joint Secretary to Government, Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department.
2. Rina Mohapatra, IAS(SCS-2014) Joint Secretary to Government, Fisheries & Animal Resources Department.
3. Lily Kumari Kullu, IAS(SCS-2014) Joint Secretary to Government, Revenue & Disaster Management Department.
4. Aradhana Das, IAS(SCS-2014) Joint Secretary to Government, Home Department.
5. Narahari Sethy, IAS(SCS-201 5) Joint Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department.
6. Madhumita Rath, IAS(SCS-2O1 5) Joint Secretary to Government, HT & H Department with additional charge of Managing Director, Utkalika.
7. Debasis Singh, IAS(SCS-201 5) Joint Secretary to Government, Housing & Urban Development Department.
