12 hurt as bus turns turtle in Angul

Angul, Dec 10:  As many as 12 persons sustained injuries after a tourist bus they were travelling in turned turtle near Khairamunda area under Parajang police limits here late last night.

The bus was travelling from Balasore to Angul. It had pilgrims from Angul’s Raniguda and Jarasingha area, who had gone for darshan to Balasore’s Gopinath and Panchalingeswar.

The driver appears to have lost control due to which the vehicle overturned near  Khairamunda around 3am.

The injured passengers were rushed to Talcher Mundapal Medical and Angul District Headquarters Hospital for treatment.
