10521 New COVID-19 Cases Traced in Odisha

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): A total 10521 new COVID-19 cases were detected in Odisha in the last 24 hours as the state reported its highest-ever surge in fresh infections.

Khordha registered highest number of cases as 1477 more persons in the district contracted the virus, followed by Sundargarh (1186) and Cuttack (963). A total of 48314 samples were tested in the state, yesterday.

With this, the COVID-19 tally in Odisha mounted to 500162 with 81585 active cases.
